The most overlooked piece of equipment is often at the end of a lanyard. Our customers can choose from a variety of hooks for different job applications.

Hooks chosen for fall protection or rescue purposes must be self-locking or double locking. NEVER use non-locking hooks, as accidental disengagement or rollout can occur.

All hooks from Safety Direct are made from high tensile alloy steel or aluminum. They have a minumum breaking strength of 5000 pounds (22.2 kilonewtons) and are proof tested to 3600 pounds (16 kilonewtons).
